There are a few options...
Diphenhydramine OR hydroxyzine, Melatonin, lemon balm tea, and I am sure that others will have some suggestions.

I use a very low dose of melatonin, but I also have a balm that I rub on my wrists and in the hollow of my neck before I go to bed. It's called Badger Sleep Balm. I believe the lavender that is in it relaxes me.
