I need support and would like to hear of other peoples experiences while getting off of Cymbalta.

I was wondering if anyone had any luck with foods/supplements/whatever, to help specifically with the brain zaps, dizziness and the tingling in the fingers? It seems to be my worst symptom and its really, REALLY interfering with driving and work both of which I must do everyday. Thanks!!

As no one else has replied yet, I'll say that I've seen lots of recommendations for nutritional help, but unfortunately can't direct you to a particular post. The search function might help you as there has been a fair bit of info posted here about it.

I didn't have the brain zaps but I've heard many people say that fish oil is very helpful. I take some anyway which could be why I didn't have a problem. Who knows?

Good luck
