Yes that is possible. The brain needs all the nutrients it can get. Glad you are feeling better today. I find that I start to notice some returning symptoms if I am late taking mine.

Let me know how things go today.

Take care of you

hi niel

Yes all are side effects, but it will pass. Try to do as much as you can as the exercise is important.

I really developed a liking for one song when I was at that stage

The song is Fly Away by Lenny Kravitz and it is on youtube and so suit the way I felt them

I want to get away

I want to fly away

Hang on and all this will pass.

Take those vitamins and omega 3

If you are having mood swings, anxiety or headaches then that's where the L-theanine helps so much

Take care of you

Hi niel

Such a positive attitude you have and that makes such a big difference when getting off this drug.

Sorry to hear about the pain levels, that's got to be rough. I hope that gets to a manageable level soon.

It is always such a pleasure to see your posts

Take care of you

Nancy

Niel

It all sounds wonderful and you are welcome.

It has finally started warming up here. We had a beautiful day here yesterday and looks like today and tomorrow with be the same.

Hubbie found me some shades that wrap right around so that I can finally go out without the sunlight giving me a headache so I was out lots yesterday and will be again today.

Take care

shades! also got some like that, has been a great help with light sensitivity. means we can all get a bit of fresh air without being so bothered by the light.

Great to hear you are doing well Niel. Was wondering how you were.

Sucks about the legs and back. I know how frustrating it is to deal with those kinds of problems.

Let us know how it goes with the neuro doc.

Take care of you :)
