Sounds like Cymbalta biting back!!
What Makes Cymbalta A Worse Antidepressant Than Other Meds?

I can say that when I was prescribed Cymbalta about five years ago - the doctor's talk went something like this "There's Cymbalta and since you've tried others this might help...." End of story. I wish I had paid better attention and did my research.
I took Wellbutrin many moons ago (to quit smoking of all things) - and discontinued it without an issue.
I took Prozac for many years until I felt like it wasn't working anymore. Transitioned to Effexor. Transitioned to Lexapro. Discontinued Lexapro when I lost my insurance. I was out of sorts for a few days.
Went months with nothing - got insurance back - got Cymbalta.
It's a whole new world with discontinuing. I should say I'm still discontinuing. 1 bead every three days is working so far (knock on wood) and I'm down to 17 beads.
It's an entirely different experience.

Yeah, Cymbalta is a whole different critter than those other antidepressants you were on ....
Thanks for the details on how you're doing the bead count... 1 bead every 3 days ... and 17 beads to go....
Remember what FH, EquusWoman and others say...the lower the dose/fewer the beads, the harder it may seem to get ... so if it does, just slow it down even further. (Disclaimer: I have no personal experience of bead counting, since I did the cold turkey Chinese fire drill thing.... :-@
