RLS for me tonite, my legs are moving all over the place, good thing it does not hurt. Must be the fast prozac weaning.

Do you have anything for that? I have had RLS for about 20 years and it drives me nuts!!! I take Ropinirole for it - good stuff!

I had rls for the first 6 years I was on antidepressants. I read some research on the use of amino acid chelated magnesium to treat rls. I started on 100 mg a day for a month, then 200 mg/day for a month, then 300 mg/day and after 2 weeks it was gone. In the last 6 years I have had it maybe 5 or 6 times total. Thank you Lord.

rls or restless leg syndrome is one of the most common medical conditions in the elderly (both sexes).
I remember your reaction to magnesium Liz. What can I say...You are just a little strange!!!

Same here, lasted for a few years then went away. Was walking miles and miles per day during that time.
