Yes I had a good Sunday. I typically wake up feeling fair and my day proceeds from there. I feel fair all day but not exceptional. I keep my lorazepam withdrawal going as fast as I can without feeling bad but that also means that I don't feel great either, Just tolerable. As long as things aren't uncomfortable and I can function that is ok with me until the weaning is done.

Ah, I have had a five day episode of depression. Seems that I am getting out of it. The worst is that nothing triggers it. A funky cycle.

And there is nothing you can do volonterally to get out of it.

Reading bouts of books about God helps. Phrases here and there.

For me to find out!

I managed to go put my garbage out, 62 stairs down and up. First time in two months. Baby steps. Usually someone does it, so don't imagine the worse!

Next trip

Leaving for Montreal tomorrow for three treatments of radiosurgery. Back next Saturday if it hasn't killed me. I'm not feeling my best, can't stop crying. It better pass soon.

Liz, since we're both in a funk, I will bring Sid with me. He better behave this time because my buddy won't stand for it.

TFL - i so feel for you with your a/c issues. but think how fresh and clean the air pumping through your new duct work will be! the price is outrageous, i agree. my thoughts go out to you as well as i wish for you a lighter load on your shoulders
