Now that I have been off this poison for over 6 years, I hope to help others as they join us

Carleeta....  Hoooraaay for you!  The hot bath was certainly needed what with all your stress involved in the moving~ I'm sure you feel much better now! :)

Relax tonite and try to be kind to yourself - you really deserve it!  Is your move almost over now?

You are still in my thoughts and prayers - as are all of you wonderful ppl on this site...

I went to church today and said a special prayer for all of you - a kinder, more helpful group I could not imagine.

Hugs,

Liz

Read so many painful stories on here and offering others support while trying to heal myself from cymbalta and other antidepressents.

Rewarding myself with a nice hamburger today...I've put up a tough fight these last few days with anxiety reaching an all time high...This stress was very difficult for me with side effects from antidepressents. ..I needed to indulge in a quick hamburg to treat myself...hooray!

Rewarding myself for a 2nd time tonight and just ordered the gazing Mercury glass balls which glow and sparkle like stars when the room is dark.  Its a reward as at the same time it will give me a calm relaxing feeling as though I'm looking at the stars.  I bought burgundy, gold, and blue...without a doubt ever yroom in my home will sparkle with warmth and mesmerizing... :)

It's been a long time since I have rewarded myself for stopping Cymbalta. It's time I reward myself for such a challenge. Today I purchased some beauty cases, and will use them to bring all my toilettes, beauty, meds, and etc. for my trip to Florida....yipeeeee

TrystinginFl, yes it does make me feel good.  I need to start preparing for the trip as it will be coming soon.  Not till January, although there will be much to do with holidays coming.  Keeping busy helps lessen the anxiety and deal with the some of this pain, till I find a way to get it lessened.....lol
